I was just speaking to Angie Herring, and she asked me to pass along this message:
Hoke Dorough has passed away.
This morning, June 22, at 9 a.m, Hoke Dorough passed away in his sleep.
The Dorough family had the opportunity to spend time with Hoke before he passed and are very grateful for that time.
They also want to thank you all very much for your love, concern and prayers during this time, and appreciates all the good thoughts you sent their way. The family will continue to be dealing with this loss, and can only be glad that Hoke is in a better place now.
Thank you again for your support and understanding.
